Oh I Wish I Was in Frisco With a Brand New Pair of Shoes

Headed up to Frisco with three guarantees: I'd run the most beautiful 13.1 miles in the Marin Headlands, I'd explore places I've never been before, and I'd keep wonderful company. Still thinking of what that woman said during our half marathon as we exhaustively marched up a steep incline, sweat dripping off our brows:
